i love it. this is exactly everything i probably would have chosen if i had just waited a little bit longer. The Y70 was on a month long wait list after release and i just had the itch of being impatient and needing to buy something asap so i went evo xl. I would have def came to you for a build but watching so many videos i just felt like i would have really regretted not building myself. I like the Matt Lee bait. Im sure your a fan becuase his videos are super satisfying to watch. You have a lot of talent and definitely inspired the way i went about building my pc. good job man.
I was happy to see you go with the 140mm for the back exhaust. I am working a nearly identical build and I could not visualize if the 140 would look wonky alongside the 120s. Looks great!
@@archetype_origins For the fans at the bottom of the case you could only fit 2 but not 3? I'm doing a similar build and was wondering if you could fit 3 fans at the bottom not.

On the Lian Li website, it says you get a controller with the Gallahad II LCD AIO if you get the one with the SL Infinty fans. That same controller will control up to 16 SL-INF fans (if you daisy chain 4 groups of 4) So all of those fans in this Y70 build can be ran off 1 controller. (I think I saw he used the SATA storage compartment to hide the controller) Good news if you're limited on headers. If you want to pair these fans with Strimer V2 cables, you'll need the controller included with those (but you can run both 24V and either the dual or triple 8 pin to the GPU in the same controller) This means an UGODLY amount of RGB and fan control using just TWO CONTROLLERS and the L-Connect 3 software!

Okay, I'm a beginner with this whole PC building thing. Can someone explain to me on 09:28 how the GPU was installed? It didn't look like the GPU was going in the motherboard but just being pressed down into the bottom of the case? Please someone explain this to me lol.
This is a vertical mount GPU which means there’s a PCEI riser cable on the bottom of the case that connects to the motherboard. Kind of like if you have an extension cable for normal electronics. Instead of plugging in your toaster into the wall you plug your toaster into an extension cable which I turn is plugged into the wall. 😅 I hope this is helpful and not more confusing 🫤
I am having issues with the touch screen, it won't show up it tells me that I need to change it to portrait so I do that but it keeps disabling the settings
just ran across your video channel it is great editing by the way. Wanted to build this case in ghost white but they are having screen demand problems. So I will go with the y60 and an lcd screen add on thanks for the awesome video
This guy is trying so hard to copy Matt Lee 😂 from the brewing coffee to even the airflow / cinematic mode in the end just like what Matt does with his contents. Nothing bad but hoping for more originality from creators instead of copy paste
All content creators utilizes the same format, I doubt he's copying its a mere smart move and observing what the crowd likes and implementing the exact same sentiments my dear brethren of Venus man "thou shalt observe or move on if thou does not liketh thine content"

I’m building a i9 z790 max and am wondering your opinion on the most customisable CPU LED screen cooler. Was going to use the Hyte thicc but it’s only 2 fans and looks janky right? The ROG led cooler looks great. Is this one better?
