I sourced this video from a monthly UK promo VHS series, The Video Pool. They were not known for editing videos, other than sometimes leaving off non-music dialogue intros/outros. However, I suspect the reason this video is not for the full song is that it was probably made for airing on Top of the Pops, who at that time at least, often showed truncated videos of approximately 2.5 minutes' length, and longer songs were often edited down to around 3 minutes for the 'live' performances too.
