Touch the Sky (Mandarin) 

I don't speak Chinese so I won't be any help for lyrics or such... This is the Mandarin (aka Putonghua) version from Mainland China (they didn't dub the songs for the Taiwan dub). It's sung by 胡维纳/Wiener Hu (I don't know who the speaking voice is). She was also Giselle and she sang in Bolt.
