The referee calls an Unsportsmanlike Foul during a throw in in the last two minutes of the fourth period because he thinks the foul was committed while the ball was still in the hands of the player taking the throw-in. After talking to Crew Chief and Technical Delegate, he decided the ball had already left the hands of the player taking the throw in, a normal foul was called (2 free throws because black team was in team foul penalty situation).

That’s always unsportsmanlike if a foul is made before the ball is inbounded within last 2 mins

4 years late but in fiba rules nowadays it is called a inbound foul which leads to 1 ft and a ball control for team

@@wolfy478 this contact is not a foul, so, nothing to call. . .see the whole play, delay the whistle and let the game flow! I don't see everything, I don't call everything I see and I'm not always right on my calls

No. He was clearly being held which is a foul and a foul in the last 2 minutes of the 4th quarter or every OT when the ball has not been inbounded yet is always an unsportsmanlike

Mohammed Khoder not in the case of holdning. If you don’t call it the first time the players will continue to hold on. It has to be whistled the first time and avoid escalating the game
