Bro nice job you are doing.you are educating many kenyans... i am bolt driver..and in your interviews you ask frequently "what advice would you give to people who would like to join" for me i tell people, if you want to join, just join but join with a car that is 100% yours no debt, no loan, no partner, no family member. With a budget between 450k to 650k you can get a clean car but not nissan models because of gearbox problems.and for partners who want to invest it's a big no. Because few drives remit what you agreed. And why as a partner invest 550k to get 8k per week which is not 100% that you be given the money by the driver
This are the kind of drivers who discourage new investors in the business by forcing the maths, Yet the same same guy is working in the digital taxi, hiding us from his monthly income. Let him go teach he is a good teacher 😂
Huyu ndo anasema watu wako na selfish thinking pia yeye ako na selfish thinking 1. Hakuna gari inachangiwa magurundumu after 6 months 2. Hakuna venye wewe kama dereva utakosa kujipanga kicredit ama minute wise, wengine wao utapata the number they calling with isnt the same on the app 3. Service sio kila siku kulingana na yeye. 4. Unless gari ni ya partner ndio zinaendeshwa kama gari za serikali. Huyu gari ni yake na but complaining kama mtu amepewa gari Huyu hataki familia na bibi yake ijue how much hes earning
This man is very honest i've learnt alot from him Now for me nikufanya calculations zangu hapa na pale so that i will make sense like this boy 😎 Respect bottom>>>>
This boy is so confused, businesses do not need such negative minds,u can't invest your car worth thousands of money for a monthly pay of 10k ,Acha kutubeba ufala bro
Uyu amesema anafanya other works other than this..hi nikupoteza tu watu for nothing izo hesabu zake apana kuna miss sana. If prices rise clients watapotea
Guys these apps were ment for first world countries as a part time job not in these magu magu countries like kenya ,where a whole village depends on that car na ni ya loan ....😂😂😂
The only thing that can save the industry is to have an Online Taxi Drivers Association.. And also have a body that regulates the industry the same way Saccos have SASRA..
very skeptical guy there...honestly with the midset he has is awesome but limits growth.if i start thinking about depreciation na pesa ya tyre every trip i make i might even go mad and leave the business.then drivers aint the same that 5k per day guy might be true according to his basis.
get a car that consume less fuel consumption with less expense on maintainace, most cars in this taxi cabs are unroadworthy vehicles, don't depend on the rides to make your car better. Bring a car that is in good condition and will serve you well. the prices should remain the same or even reduce.
You guys should try working in an office and let's see if you servive the stress we get here and the hours we put on and we are not even paid for it , on top of that is you boss is always giving you hard times on almost everything
Tebu take both apps bolt and faras, request same destinations, then check faras is cheap, watu wakihamia faras, bolt ishukishe😂, no regulations 😅, unless umelipwo utetee bolt, you not making sense, if Kenyans can't afford bolt, acha watumie matt,
I dnt thk thats true. Kama dere ame rent house ya 20k,private school ya 30k plus 30k car loan payment per month and basic consumption. I think the main problem with taxi driver is money management. If you have poor money management even with 20k/D you wll never make progress. Thix guy, said he has other work and he work 10hrs so , he has not yet explore full time.those who are active always in app they are always prioritize by app to get trip
Guys need to understand those taxi apps are private companies not government owned. They only exist if there is willing buyer willing seller. So anyone using them is funding them and acknowledging that their system is working as it should. Whether drivers are slaving or not that's not their business. Theirs is to provide that convenience for a fee for them to get richer. They will maximise their profits by all means, its capitalism. The only language they can listen to is competition. Also the current rates are dictated by the market willingness to fork those prices, the more the customers/trips the more the possibility of them hitting their profit margins. When going into such a free business remember its about them not you!
Boss these online taxi businesses were ment for first world countries as a part time job not like Kenya where it's a full time job with 50 dependants 😂😂😂
@@bonfacewachira3297 Bana.. 😂 Btw the idea was just ukienda job unaeza beba msee extra usave a little on fuel since uko na free space anyways (designed atmost only as a ka-part time hustle). Wakenya ninanii, lazima iwork 😂
@@snowball4259 ..makes me ask my creator alot of questions about our subsahara existence n creation ni kaa hakumalizia kuumba vizuri alikua anafikiria kutuumba vizuri kanjo wakatokea akahepa bro we are bottom of the barrel creation Ile mateso iko sub Sahara Africa 🤣🤣
He told you a great powerful Hadhidh of the Prophet Muhammad SAW that is Whoever amongst you sees an evil, he must change it with his hand. If he is not able to do so, then with his tongue. And if he is not able to do so, then to hate it with his whole heart, and that is the weakest form of faith. #Powerful.
He is realistic in business except for bringing socialism in a capitalistic business. Unions don't work in semiluxury businesses. The government will/should regulate public transport before private transport. It's like having a union for private school teachers. If it's too hot, Invest somewhere else.
