Junko is probably pissed that you made Chang'e's theme so similar to hers. Oh the wonders of chord progressions.

The similarities between this and Junko's theme kinda reminds me of the duo Necrofantasies, in a way. The difference is that, while one signifies a close relationship, the other is the representation of two eternal polar opposites, destined never to accept the other dwelling under the same heaven. They had been enemies for such a long time, it's not much of a wonder that they would share similar parts from each other.

There's a saying that after hating someone for so long you end up respecting them or something along those lines. These two have been enemies for so long they now share a theme

First she stole Junko's husband, now she's stealing her theme!

If this was an actual song. 4:55 shows Chang'e and Junko's clash. Imagine 2 lyrics fighting each other while still in the melody.

I feel like if Chang'e ever made a canon appearance, it would have the same effect on the fandom as finding the One Piece.

Love how it's based on pure furies; it can serve as a phantasm boss theme. I think "impure guilt" is a better choice though. Emphasise it as the opposite to "pure furies"

Chang’e has returned to claim dominion over the Lunarins once again, without Junko in her way to stop her. However, her impurities are painfully obvious to the heroes, who wish to not involve their Lunarin friends in this fight. Can they stop her from reconquering when she failed them before?

What would be really cool is if this fight is actually a battle between Junko and Chang'e and the heroine would just be caught in the crossfire.

I didn’t really like this all that much at first cause I was like “this follows pure furies way too closely” but then it sort of clicked with me how much sense that makes from an in-universe perspective. Junko has dedicated her entire existence to hating this one person; of course she’d have elements of her theme be shared. Good stuff.

This was the first Fanmade Touhou song I heard when I first learned about touhou, and I cannot tell you how much I fell inlove with it. I know it's somewhat of an arrange of Pure Furies but still this is pure gold.

Then I'll make them based on the power of impurity xd As the opposite of Junko(Whose spellcards are based on being pure, so the names are short bc are "pure", and it reflects in the patterns), her spellcards are going to be based on having a completely disastrous danmaku, and having names unnecesarily long. -Moon sign~ Reflect of the moon in a impure sea. -Rejection~ Fear to anything but purity. -Impurity sign~ Impure danmaku with unnecesary bullets and words. - Inmortality~ The inconextion with life or death. -Moon sing~ Impurity of Lunarians' existense. -Impure army~ Lunar inmortal rebelion. -Lunar Sin~ Guilty imprisoned god who drank Hourai elixir(Survival). -Impure danmaku~ Dance of erratic, lunatic bullet hell.

Imagine if as Junko did with her hate and rage, Chang'e uses her power in her guilt, so it becomes the most impure thing on this world, at the point that she doesn't remember what she did bad, why is that bad, and why is bad to be imprisoned. Her Guilt becomes so impure, that in some point it started to even feel good, like a relief of non-being inocent, and the nonsense coming from trying to understand this, is literally another manifestation of the impurity, which can spread to another near thing when it reaches some point. That's an scary power she could get, huh? xD

Sounds like a junko's revenge theme.

Jeez this was so good I love it. The attention to detail here is just amazing and it sounds nice. The light blue line at the beginning, middle, and end using what is basically Junko's theme's intro flipped was a nice touch. The pink line borrowing elements from Junko's theme but putting a slightly sadder and/or more calm spin using flatter note patterns instead of continuing the ascending scales was also really cool. This last one might be a bit of a stretch but does the purple line at times use the Theme of Eastern Story motif with slightly longer notes? Because that's what it sounded and looked like to me when I heard it and compared the structure. Anyways keep up the good work (if you feel like it) because this is some straight fire.

Is it a coincidence that Chang'e 's hand posture is literally similar to C-Moon?

Just came from prismriver's theme and noticed how the intro is somewhat simmilar Also really good job making something sounding simmilar to Pure Furies, but not by using the exact same motiv. Sounds like something ZUN would do. Though it doesn't sound as "sinfull" as what I'd expect from Chang'e, but it's a really hard feeling to get across. Really hoping that when Chang'e appears in a game she gets some connection with Junko, she really doesn't deserve just being able to ignore her.

If Zun were to retire from the Touhou series, he should make an epic final game that features Chang'e as the final boss and Junko as the main character finally facing off after several years. Junko, eyes burning with rage as she lays eyes on her arch nemesis, ready to avenge her son and defeat Chang'e once and for all.

I wish there was a sequel to touhou 15, where you could play as junko or idk some shit, and then defeat this chang'e, like it was an alternate timeline

This is the best Touhou fan theme I heard

Despite this being the second version of the original song, it continues to demonstrate a sign of "greatness". What do I mean by that? Well, the song reminds me that Chang'e was in some ways an important person to the Lunarians, this fan-theme dismantles every part of her "being". I imagine Chang'e as a calm, caring and grandiose person but at the same time someone who is arrogant, compassionless and possibly vulgar.
