So, I remember reading somewhere that ZUN initially had planned to make a metal theme for Hecatia, but he scrapped the idea because he felt he couldn’t do metal, and instead wrote Pandemonic Planet. And after hearing this, I feel like THIS is what ZUN wanted, because it just fits so much more to Hecatia’s character. So thank you, Falkkone, for basically helping to realize ZUN’s vision for this theme. I honestly cannot go back to the original anymore because of this. XD

Confirmed by Zun himself, Hecatia is the strongest character in all of touhou that exists.Geez if you think the amout of op hax abilities this series have and then having this women to be the strongest of them all? Besides Yukari,Hecatia presence gives my the shivers which goes so well with her theme too,alot like Yukari(aka:my fav character)

The point of Flandre's ability is to find the "eye" of an object/entity and destroy it. And she doesn't need physical contact to do so, so she is able to annihilate object that way, which is confirmed by Perfect Memento in Strict Sense. It is also said that the "eye" is a weak point of the material(or the energy flow within it, which makes a bit more sense for living objects). It is, indeed, very OP. But let's not forget that Hecatia has 3 bodies to use simultaneously, which means that even if a powerhouse like her does have the "eye"(PMiSS tells that everything has one), destroying only one body does not grant victory, she still ends up with atleast 2 tries. And taking in consideration her absolutely insane power level, she most certainly is able to destroy Flandre and I believe she has much more chances to be the winner. The situation changes greatly if we apply the Spell Card rule, though, because it greatly balances everything and does not allow to use any of the most OP abilities. TL;DR Hecatia>Flandre, but it almost doesn't matter in a danmaku fight anyway.

Hecatia does not have the need to always hold the spheres in her hands (Visionary fairies in shrine, a manga Zun helped creating does show her without the necklace [and wearing boots]) as for what happens if they collide with each other? it works like normal balls, their power being letting Hecatia go to where she wanna be (by putting the right one on her hat)

Listened to this awesome metal cover as one of my own BGM for playing Smash Ultimate in online mode via bluetooth speaker and in-game music turned off together. Wow, that really boosted my motivation so high like hell and also gave me some extra experience. Oh yeah, ZUN also reminds me of Masahiro Sakurai and he does back too. I am a simple person. I see a cover of my second favorite extra boss theme, I must click and like the video without listening to it for too long. I am not disappointed in the slightest; this is great! (I don't have any requests for other touhou themes that others aren't already spouting most likely, though I guess to be the odd one out from the ones requesting Pure Furies, Perriot of the Star Spangled Banner would be interesting to see.)

Me encanta la verdad, se siente la intensidad y personalidad del personaje. Según su Lore ella es muy intensa en todo lo que hace, además de que ella cuida mucho de los suyos, algo que es poco común en una Youkai del inframundo. Aunque al igual que Yukari, si deja de actuar de modo troll y se pone sería, ahí si preocupate, no por nada es una de las sabías de Gensokyo y la Toha más poderosa hasta la fecha.

Love the beginning! You did an amazing job on this song, and even though Pandemonic Planet is one of my favorite songs ever in Touhou, I was afraid to listen to this, because I don’t usually like rock music. Or music similar to this rather. But this, this, was AMAZING among all others! The violin at the beginning and the guitar at the part after portray a feel that you know how this battle is going to end: kill the hell goddess, or die trying. The kickstart in the middle and end of this masterpiece are the only calm parts and it really goes with the fact that Hecatia wants you dead, and will torture you for years after death. This song should be in a Touhou game, if Hecatia is ever added again. This is the best song of all time, and it really portrays the Hecatia boss fight.

I think ZUN kinda got wrong what he wanted with this one. The weird instruments and blocky staccato make it sound slow and weak (for an extra boss), but the melody had so much potential. I think this is closer to what he wanted. An amazing freaking mess.
