Fan mod of Touhou 18.
Making custom stages inside existing Touhou games is an absolutely novel idea that I love.
Really gives you that romhack feel.
In terms of the story this stage can easily take place in-between the main game and the Extra stage. So in a way this is kind of an Extra Prequel stage.
Clear of the stage without dying, using bombs or using any cards that cancel bullets.
Used the Wolf and Doll card for some extra DPS.
You can use the shop five times at the beginning of the stage. Here I'm hoping for equipment cards for more DPS.
Used Sanae because this is going by trial rules before things got buffed.
Trouble spots are the stage, the 2nd nonspell, 5th spell and the final.
The stage portion is short but sweet. Hard section that cuts right to the chase and doesn't waste any time. You need to do some hard streaming and restreaming while dodging random bullets.
2nd non is quite tricky, the overlap with the purple bullets is quite rough. I misdirect the first purple wave to make it a bit easier.
The 5th spell is easily the hardest thing in the stage, it can be really bullshit sometimes lol.
The final is not too bad but the RNG on the snowballs can be really dumb.
For the first spell I lure the boss to the top so I have more time to dodge the big yellow orbs.
The survival could really use a warning indication before stuff comes from behind. Actually lost a run to that once.
