Hi, this is my cover of Touhou 18 extra stage in PC98 style using an old ass but functional tool from 1997 named PMD.
I wanted to have a PC98 artwork of the extra boss but I wanted to be over with this so I just slapped the official artwork there instead.

When I first heard the original theme at about 0:46 the first thing that came to mind is how it sounds like a PC98 era theme, and this arrange just fits like a glove. ZUN put in some work with the soundtrack for UM, it's even hard to decide on favourites, and this piece helps bring that old-school flavour to the forefront. Amazing job.

This is a very underrated stage theme I feel, kinda overshadowed by Momoyo’s theme, then again her theme is amazing but this theme is too!

Personally, I like both themes but this one was my favorite of the OST day one.

I'll always be fascinated by 0-1 day arrangements, nice job! I also recognize a lot of new instruments I haven't heard before!

Which Instrument haven't you heard before? I'm asking that because I can't "create" FM instrument, I don't have any skill in that domain, every instruments I used are from what Zun used between Touhou 2 and 5 included.
