She's not that good. Her kit is pretty weird. Rainbow elements and absurd focus down which is pointless on heal unit

If relic Mokou isn't in EX then Tewi will be nowhere near. they both perform really similar roles (dual lock removal + support/debuff) with Mokou being better in a very single aspect. Unlike the other reply states Tewi doesn't have rainbow breaks?? She has a mix between Wood, Fire (aoe spell), Metal (solo spell) and Water (last word). She also has a nice access to poison anomalies and can break them with a solo spell, however the Toxic line(the one that breaks poison) is the very last so you will need 3 sp to do that. That being said having "epic" breaks is better in the current meta, the one Tewi has aren't awful and can be used, especially due to anomalies and also that the combination of Fire and Wood on a same spell is quite rare. Unlike Mokou, Tewi only can debuff. Her debuffs aren't terrible due to quick CD however they are nothing spectacular. The problem here is that Tewi can't really buff her self, aside from Last word pre effect, and that's a bad thing because Tewi has to rely on debuffs. I won't go to much detail since this case is very similar to c3 hecc but basically once the enemies are full broken all the debuffs are gone so Tewi can't really increase her damage. She also decreases her own focus which in this case is bad since , surprisingly, a healer Tewi is can't restore barriers (her last word can on a post effect, but that's also a bad thing since she would need to use it in order to restore barriers), which would make her team a lot more fragile and she also can't increase def stats, so no counter measure. Ultimately her biggest flaw is low damage. She has low scaling, bad killers and almost none self buffs. While her having a mostly Water Last word is good because of the summer Epics CQs we are getting, she still will deal almost none damage to a full broken enemy, so if you use her as a nuker you would need to buff her heavily. However Tewi is still usable since dual lock removal is always good, especially then the current EXs spam dual locks. So, even despite her being not strong enough, you still would want a 5sp copy for CQs.

also forgot to put this in, if you want her cos waifu or cool design go ahead honestly. I am just writing this as a warning that she is not very meta at all, far from it really. I think she will most likely get placed around S+ tier, maybe even S tier. It is quite unfortunate that the first tewi alt with really good design for recent units and overall is so impotent. Rip to all the tewi fans out there

I got her with only 20 pulls fortunately, and that's only for her lock removal and her last word for Water ex, although she won't be there to exactly help compared to someone like Nazrin or Kutaka in Water ex, I just wanted to make sure my Murasa nuke (I do have Prae but I need 2 more Divine Paper dolls)

Try hearing Retro Reimu's voice, I think Kana Ueda voiced her too
