it took me a couple seconds, too. why do the secondaries swivel drunkenly??? it makes zero sense. yeah, lets move these big ass guns back and forth for no damn reason. the AA makes some sense, at least. the secondaries???? why??

Toulon is really good in randoms too! No one respects your guns, 10.1 conceal, 40 knots, heal at T7, hydro, good armor (except the extremities) etc... This thing is insane! Way better than Strasbourg at the same tier lmao.
I remember when the first reviews for it dropped and they seemingly all deemed it to be a terrible ship. I still don't get why, despite reading those reviews over many times. Granted, it not having a reload booster like the other french battlecruisers is kinda painful but the rest of the ship is still that very fun french battlecruiser formula.
Absolutely hilarious the things this ship does. I took mine into brawls (and randoms bu accident, ty bugs), and absolutely wrecked face. Thanks for making this ship seem relevant.
The French heavy cruiser line is a sleeper for some reason, was easily my favorite line when I still played. Fast, great AP, respectable HE, only downside is if you have to kite.
Sunday afternoon on the EU server. There isn't much hope left for this playerbase ever improving at this point, it's the same every time of the week on every server.
The more painful thing is that you can be on the same team as these players. It really hurts. The only thing you can do is say, 'That's enough for today,' and walk away
Toulon doesn't even have strong armor so exactly how does it brawl? The reload is atrocious and it's got a ton of superstructure to farm. Toulon is TRASH
