You could literally list 100,000 incredible reasons why the Regalia is a spectacular place to live… I believe that ranking near the top would be its location in Sunny Isles Beach… It’s close enough to the city of Sunny Isles Beach for everything to be accessible but for anybody who sees where it is located, they will quickly realize that it is just secluded enough to feel private. With so many different design choices in Sunny Isles, the Regalia ranks near the top for timeless aesthetic. Thank you for showing us this remarkable property.

The cream and chocolate colors theme surprisingly is very comforting, even in South Florida. I do like the Great Room light fixture. The million-dollar spa feature is fascinating.

God, my only fear is if you had little kids, they could run into those glass panels on the balcony :-(, but other than that this condo has everything you could ask for. Impressed by the decision to have a his/her closet. Most of these $6M+ condos don't have that

Regalia has the best location in Sunny Isles Beach with vast views 360 degree. The building is very good looking and has excellent floor plans and only one residence per floor. A very limited number of residences is a great thing but reflect somewhat limited amenities.. The only thing I consider is the depth of terraces to have some outdoor furniture there especially sunbeds. The maintenance fee might be a bit high. However, this is a tower of my choice. LOCATION, VIEWS, FLOORPLANS, LOW NUMBER OF RESIDENCES
