Lol my Mom is the former owner of the townhouse next door (on the right) lol She sold it in 2018 for a pretty penny $$$$ and is now retired in Florida. This house (my family's former neighbors) used to be a house of "not so holy activities" lol The contractors DID AMAZING with this renovation! An entire FLIP! 🤩
When I think of New York City living, this is exactly what I imagine.. but I'm from the south, I love the big yards and wrap around porches.. so much wide open space and fresh air, you can actually smell when the thunder storm is coming... shout out to the true New Yorkers, hope to visit someday, and sit on a brownstone stoop

I really like it a lot, however, I really wish they wouldn't have painted the brick and woodwork. But it is really well done! I just like the old dumbwaiters and nooks and crannies a lot. Magnificent property!

I remember the Brown Stone I grew up in on 89th between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues...not too far from Harlem... That was in the early 1960's...and all those Brown Stones in that and nearby neighborhoods had become neglected and roach-infested... A shame many had been torn down for new architecture...These old Brown Stones were sturdy and had character...
The staircase on the main floor with the fleur de lis carved into it is stunning.. if it was originally a varnished wood it would’ve been even more beautiful in its heyday.. nice to see some of the original features restored 👌
That's exactly what I saw the staircase & railing throughout OMG it's perfect. Excellent paint colors, use of space, closets galore, multi fireplaces & patio. Basement level so many rooms, I got lost. Spectacular property.
I'm from Atlanta, and a home like this would not be my preference since I am accustomed to a two-story house with a basement, depending on the area. However, I admire the ingenuity and history that this particular home has to offer. I love the upgrades as well. Great video; thank you for sharing, and I love the music.
Im from Atlanta also its hard to find homes like this in our city we would have to go to Virginia highlands down on monroe st. Im decatur they have built up the downtown decatur area with these types of homes also very different from when i was a child it was all projects
These homes have been built to last for years. I have always liked them. This would be a fantastic home for the right person. I like it that it has an elevator and a roof top for entertainment. I have noticed the burglar bars. I wonder if the burglar bars have a lock to unlock them in case of an emergency. It’s a beautiful home. I love the look.
It’s a very nice home if you’re into city living, I’m older now, my life in the city days are behind me. I love space and the suburbs were my dollar can go further without the hustle and bustle......it’s still a nice home for some young professional!
The restoration and renovation was perfect. It has an old and new touch and feel. The walkthrough closets are a genius way to incorporate storage without compromising significant square footage.
The first staircase with what looks like a seat halfway up is just brilliant craftsmanship... Every time I watch your tours i say that's my new favourite... well this is my new favourite 😂😂 Stunning house.. Thanks for showing it to us...
It’s absolutely gorgeous! I especially loved that every single bedroom has an en suite! Unfortunately, I’m widowed and my children are grown... I’d be living there all by my lonesome. P.S. I really appreciate the elevator and I adore the a tiny Juliet Balcony on the 1st floor staircase!

A great house. Sealing the fireplaces is a mistake. They should have just took them out. But in the kitchen, a gas fireplace would have been easy to do, and would have been charming.
