I always stay here when I’m cruising from Miami! So convenient and close to everything. CVS close by also. ❤

Thanks a lot! After seeing your video, I’ll have to book holiday inn for sure! Seems that connecting rooms would be suitable for me to look after my in-laws. Which room type would u suggest?

Do they have a free shuttle to the cruise ports?

Not the same place I remember. The rooms were outdated and in dire need of a refresh. The restaurant was a complete disappointment. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the proximity to Bayside Marketplace and the cruise port. I'll be staying at the Intercontinental next time.

I’m sorry, but we are currently staying at this hotel and it is nothing short of awful. The only good thing is location to bayside market. We had trouble finding this hotel, as it doesn’t even have the holiday inn sign out front. Pictures are deceiving. Room smells so bad I am sitting in our room with our door open as it smells so bad in here. Tried to move to another room nothing available. Wanted to do a laundry before our cruise. They don’t have change walked to cvs to get change. We are diamond members of IHG and have never stayed in a place this bad.

has no holiday inn sign out front hard to find. we got there at 7am they told us to come back at 10 came back at 10 they said come back at 12 came at 12 they said i had no reservation. good thing i had my paper work my wife and i at 70 sat in the lobby tell 4pm the staff did not give a s--t i am IHG member not no more ! THE ROOM WAS DISGUSTING! went and bought sheets and pillowcases the tub had mold all over it Room smells so bad i thought i was going to throw up . got no sleep that night before the cruse BAD THING IS I PAID $450 1 NIGHT FOR THIS THIS S--T WHOLE
