Instead of taking it with you, you can remove electrons by going outside, barefoot on grass, mud or any natural ground & the planet will remove them for you & give you the same benefits but it's still a good idea to buy the footspa in case you're somewhere with little to no areas of natural ground. 😉

Rhodes in Greece is amazing for summer! I have been 4 times and absolutely love it! It’s really hot in June/July. The weather is gorgeous and the views from the Lindos Acropolis are spectacular! Can’t wait to see you in Manchester! X

I recommend Menorca/Minorca as a summer holiday trip. I've been there many times and never disappointed. There's so much to do and such pretty views and sunsets! ( my profile pic was actually taken there!) hope all of you have an amazing time on tour 💕

Maybe you could do a weekly vlog instead of daily. This way you could gather short clips throughout the week and that will put less stress on you and the other dancers.
