I searched for a long time until I found this beautiful city and good people , and what about the safety for students and tourist in the city

Could you tell me whats a better place to live for a young single professional: Lone Tree, Arvada or Littleton?

I don't understand why this town in particular has boomed so extreme..... It's nice yeah but there's thousands of other places to live too.
