Vocals? No. For Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, we get the SAXOPHONE treatment. The Mario Kart Band keeps on killing it with these arrangements!
And the guitar and other instruments used in the background are the cherry on top as well. So good!
This also happens to be my favorite music arrangement from this Wave. There's something about how this song was improved that makes it amazing overall, especially because it's done by a live band.

While I like the BCP version, I think that it's kinda disappointing compared to MKT's version since that one was just the perfection imo. I love so much the original music for Los Angeles Laps so I'm sure if it is even possible to make a better remix of it (at least in my opinion)

What I love about this version is the saxophone mashing up with the electric guitar. Not to mention the bass giving it a solid rhythm throughout. Long live LA Laps.

I love Tour Los Angeles Laps' music as much as the city itself, the four-way intersection, and the three sections. One for Santa Monica, one for Dodger Stadium, and one for Inglewood Oil Field. The saxophone is a great replacement of the bahs.

The track I was looking forward to the most, honestly. Not just because I always wondered how they were going to handle it (due to this track's variants not sharing the same starting position) But this was the *ONE* song that was always stuck in my head. And they definitely made it better!

Ranking the 8 deluxe city track OSTs: (my opinion) 1 - Berlin Byways 2 - Vancouver Velocity 3 - Los Angeles Laps 4 - Athens Dash 5 - Bangkok Rush 6 - Sydney Sprint 7 - Amsterdam Drift 8 - Singapore Speedway 9 - London Loop 10 - New York Minute 11 - Tokyo Blur 12 - Paris Promenade I like all of them, this is hard to rank.

Los Angeles Laps is without a doubt the best tour track imo. The music slaps and it actually feels like you’re driving through the real city instead of a diorama version of it like other city tracks. No other track compares.

This course reminds me of GTA V (opinion handled/liked). I know Los Angeles’s popular sports are basketball and baseball, but I would prefer basketball for Los Angeles when New York should be baseball. (Just my opinion.)

This one's good. I think I prefer the original. The saxophone doesn't really sound like it fits, especially not at that beginning bit... It does sound REALLY nice when racing though! That signature Mario Kart Band sound is always good.

I feel like half the people prefer the 8 deluxe version because bias I like both the tour and 8 version But trackwise definitely Tour even tho it’s the only city track I haven’t played Sunset is better and Bah Bah’s aren’t a big deal
