Bob, you're doing amazing things for people. Bringing awareness to Rv living and Van living is giving people who can't afford a traditional way of living and you're teaching them it can be fun and freeing. It's amazing. It's showing people they don't have to chase that traditional way if they don't want to. They can enjoy nature and really it has to be better for ones health. I sure hope when I get my build done that I meet up with you one day.

I am reading your book Bob!!! Very inspiring, I am 74 and live in a house, but money is getting tighter and tighter. Your cheap RV living is certainly appealing. I think there's going to be more Senior Citizens that will take your advice. We need a way of surviving and you are certainly giving us some great ideas.

Gerry is an long time, dear, motorcycling friend. It was great to be surprised by this video as I have been preparing for a year (research, purchasing van and essentials, thinking of layouts, and STILL debating insulation options(!) ) for the sale of my house and move into fulltime vandwelling. I remember seeing Gerry's new Transit at a Club run in MASS years ago and just touched base with her last week when she was visiting in New England. I can't wait to get to an RTR myself and am grateful every day for your videos, Bob. You and Carolyn have been the greatest inspiration and source of information for me. I'll see you on the road one day.

I love this traveler. it's a great set up and looks so very comfortable. I especially love the flower decals. After watching Gerry I can see that it perfectly reflects her personality. I hope to meet her one day and enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee with her. Carry on.

Happiness and comfort are all in the eyes of the beholder! Big Van-Small Van-Tent-Class A B or C its all good I'm so impressed by the obvious happiness and Joy people have when the set out as a Nomad I will be on the road soon part time at first as I have my Dad and can only afford so much for assistance but I know ill savor every moment! After a trip to the body shop my build will start next week I never built anything but however it looks it will be mine and as long as I'm comfortable that's all I care about. Bob thanks for a great video I hope your doing well!

Awesome idea's. I myself have a 2010 Red Transit Connect. Same size.....the only difference is I have a handicap lift in mine for my beloved husband. I have in the past thought how could I convert it into something livable. Thank You Thank You Thank You for doing these little tours of different vehicles and the only that stops truly stops an individual is their imaginations. Go Bless you Bob in your travels. Love it!! It's just my preference but I would switch the food and clothes storage so my potty was not next to my food. But that's just me. Really love it!

For some reason I felt like I watched this exact same video sometime in the past. It's like it's ""Déjà vu all over again". Nevertheless, I very much enjoyed it whether the 1st or 2nd time I've watched it. Your guest was very charming and I'm happy she's happy doing what she's doing. What a nice and pleasant lady. I have a carbon monoxide alarm that looks like hers. She made reference to propane gases and don't believe that unit has the ability to sniff for those other fuels. Bob, you sure do make people's lives better.

Bob, there's no way I could see to contact Gerry, but she's doing all the right things to survive whatever condition her Mom has. I came close to dying while caring for mine. God bless you, Gerry. Bob, if you have further converse with her, tell her I think she's doing all the "right stuff"!

I loved this interview! Just the smile on this lady's face made me so happy! And such creative ideas. I can't get over the simplicity yet the genius of her set up. I never saw the interview with the gentleman who she bought the cabinets from, but boy, the design is great. In particular I like that cook area that swings out. Just on a piano hinge-and pops right back into place. The price of the attachable storage unit took me by surprise, but upon reflection it is on a hitch and is so well made and durable. It would be nice to be able to score one of those second hand. Bob, thank you so much for another amazing video! Your interviews, especially from RTR, are my favorite videos to watch on You Tube.

Another great interview. This is so helpful for RV decision making before taking the leap. At this point in time I don't think I could live full-time in a van. Don't want to spend $ on a newer Roadtrek with the perm. bed in the back. I think I could easily do a class B even though the wet bath isn't that appealing but again I don't want to spend the money on one. I don't currently have a vehicle that can tow a trailer...and don't want to tow my 2016 Honda HR-V. So still have to decide either Class C and store car somewhere in case I decide on buying land, or sell HR-V, buy a truck and small trailer and leaning toward Class C as I'll be traveling alone and feel it would be safer. It's really good that Gerry takes time away from caregiving. Still have my mom (she lives independently at the moment). It's going to be a difficult decision to leave I think, unless she's in a Sr. Center by then (even though I have a couple siblings close by - she depends on me). She'll probably be 86-87 by the time I'm ready to go full-time, so depending on her health, I will probably plan trips based on how she's doing but will still plan to be full-time RV no matter what.
