Is there any in-unit washer & dryer? For me, it's a deal breaker if there is no in-unit washer & dryer. That view won't be there when construction next door is finished..... I also don't like buildings that have long hallways and lots of hiding corners, because of the movie that I watched "The Shining". This is not the building for me....

Furnished studio for $1400. I’m sure I can find you one a little lower than that as well. There might be a little premium since this is brand new, but there’s also construction going on all around it so maybe another building is better for the time being while they work out the kinks
