Hello Rocky, I used to ride from Rose Hall Town to New Amsterdam. I used to work at Pilot Street in N.A. Your trip through Black Bush Polder I used to ride all through there from Rose Hall Town. I wish to meet you some day brother. My in-laws used to live in Yakusari. Sometimes i used to let my wifey take the taxi to Yakusari, and I used to ride that distance just for fun. Used to ride all over in N.A.brother.So much memories when I saw this video.(Andrew here.).

I left Berbice since 1962 and its good to see thefar reaching places you all went. Thats a long drive baamck in the dark youall did. I am from Canje and it eas great to see New Amsterdam at night.Uses to bank our motorcycles in Pitt street. I had an Itom Torini from DM Farnandez in 1960. I love Guyana even at 82!...joe. My friends were Knifee(chinee boy with a 6 and a half Boneyville), Hallil and wildman. Uses to have races at welfare Centre.
Good morning Rocky, thanks for sharing your travels. I spent a lot of time in the Black Bush area., especially in the Yakusari area. My brother-in-law did a few fund raising shows at the Yakusari school. I used to work for a guy that had a combine harvester. Cut a lot of rice in Mibicuri and Lesbeholden .(Andrew here).

Nice video Rocky, I am from Berbice so Black Bush was not far from us. We rode our bicycles all around there once when we were young men. Man I remember making kites and using that paste. You and Denny make a real good and funny team....lol. First time I'm seeing 63 beach and Skeldon at night. I really enjoyed watching this one!!!

Hi Rocky. So glad to see my home county of Berbice. I was hoping that you would have stopped by the Indian arrival monument at Palmyra. My birth village. I recognise all the spots in NA my local town where I went to school. A day visit to the market would have been well worth it. You have to do another visit next year. Don't leave it for 25 years? It was a long drive from Georgetown to berbice and we had a lot planned out already so time was limited my friend, hopefully next year we will be able to do more things, take care and have a blessed weekend

I once lived in skeldon Berbice as a kid. I used to frequent the Masjid and the Madrassa right beside it. It's been 20 years since I've been back. Hopefully I'll be able to return soon🙏

I grow up in Palmyra village and later down in years I lived in New Amsterdam I used to rent house so I had moved many times the first street I lived was Pilot street, then Pitt street, Trinity street then lastly Asylum street
