I got set up for my Junk Journalers Junket Retreat and thought I'd give you a look around. The retreat house is set up perfectly for quilters and works just great for journal makers too! They have hosted everyone from fly fishermen to priests to family reunions with 12 beds, it's perfect for any group! We had an awesome time and Donna and Louie, the owners, couldn't be more accomodating! Check out more info on their website (link below). Thank you for the tour Gayle! What a great creative space! Of course, being a sewer/quilter, I love all the quilts on the walls and beds. Years ago, my friends and I used to go to Salvation Army camp for retreats. It was similar, with dorm rooms and a huge great room with fireplace overlooking a lake. It’s just a treat to go to a different, relaxing space to create especially with likeminded friends!🥰🇨🇦

Good morning sweet friend☕️ Thank you for you taking us all on this pretty cool tour...The building is very very nice and I can see you and the other ladies crafting away,laughing and just having a wonderful sisterhood time together❤️ I love the little corner nook where you chose to sleep- very cozy.. Hey Gayle, wow ..... beautiful spot for a retreat and I know all you lovely ladies had a ball. I always loved going to my homeetown retreats, I felt like I was gettig away wiith something by staying up late playing with paper and then crafting in the morning while still in my jammies 😝🤣😝 It's always nice when you have a chef too !
