After owning two class A motor homes and two fifth wheels over the last 20+ years, my husband and I decided to downsize and upgrade to an iconic Airstream travel trailer. We chose the Classic 30 model with a rear queen bed. We took ownership just a few days ago and life is suddenly a whole lot shinier!

Beautiful rig. We have had 3 Airstreams, beginning with a Bambi 20FB, then a FC 30RBQ and most recently, a 2024 Classic RBQ. Welcome to the Airstream Family. There's nothing like it.

How do you like the Classic RBQ so far? We love ours. This is our first Airstream but our 5th RV and we'll never go back!

You sounded regretful. May I ask why you ditched the fifth wheel if the Airstream seems so less in comparison?

I was at first. It was hard giving up so much space. The fifth wheel was so roomy! But 7 months later, I love the Airstream. I have no regrets and actually like living with less now - feels lighter and more freeing. Fewer things to worry about while traveling with the shorter height and lower weight. Fifth wheels are great though. I really just like both!
