I served as a Docent for the Master Gardener Learning Garden at the Maryland State Fairgrounds last month. Come take a look through the learning garden and see what fun we can get into!

Hard? no. A Commitment? Yes. one semester university course, plus volunteer hour requirement, plus an exam.

Sorry we missed you! My husband and I visited the Maryland State Fair on the first Friday and loved our time in the garden. I came home with some new seeds.

Jenny maybe dry your hot peppers and grind them up and sprinkle around your plants to keep the rabbits away ? Just a thought. 🍁🍂🍁💚🙃

So interesting. I watch a channel called "Glen and Friends Cooking" where I learned about sorghum syrup and ordered some. Glen lives in Canada but has family in the south and uses sorghum often. I had read about it, of course, but had never tried it (I live in Washington state). It is so very good! Thanks for showing the plant. The rest of the garden looks amazing, too.
