@@magick._.mushroom6820 no I'm serious she can't help words that she's saying because she has ticks people with Tourette's syndrome have echolallia and coprolalia it's part of their ticks
How do ticks work? Is it like...you have a select set of ticks that tourrettes is just like “hmm.... THIS ONE!! *die quietly*” and thats how it works or is it completely and utterly random?
Create With Yma You can’t think about what your gonna do it just happens.Your conscious mind doesn’t know that it’s gonna happen and they can’t choose ticks either
Create With Yma usually they have multiple different tics that repeat, but you can pick up new ones (not on purpose, it just happens) and they can change. So, both! Your brain just catches on to one randomly, but usually they stick around for some time. Like cool bees said, they have some specific tics, that being one of them. I don't know if people can have a tic just once randomly and never again, but Tourette’s is a very varied syndrome, so it's probably possible?
@@projectkonstantine8062 I believe people with tourretes can control it but it feels alot better to act on them, I have ocd and I can control my tendencies but I feel like shit after
I know someone at my school that does choir and he has tics and once he screamed really loud and scared the crap out of my teacher and everyone was in tears. He’s so nice tho.
I have tourettes too and I saw tourettes as a bad thing in my life but seeing your videos makes me smile and feel happy and I hope that you go really far with this channel😃
Bob's reviews it would be pretty pathetic if he was lying. Which he isn't. Also u would have to act like this for the rest of ur life which would be pointless. So why don't u grow a pair and go somewhere else.!
@@anniehavens951 a knife fell off my fridge when I opened it and almost landed in my head like I actually think someone was trying to kill me but i don't have anxiety lucky no offense to you
@@jazzy_juzza from Quora: Can you be a surgeon with Tourettes syndrome? Answer: There are actually way more people in medicine with Tourette's syndrome than you expect. See, most people with Tourette's don't go around cursing the way they are portrayed in movies. Often it manifests in repetitive behavior like throat clearing, a movement tic, unusual facial expressions etc. Sometimes Tourette's is difficult to distinguish between OCD. And there are lots of people in the medical field with OCD. In my residency of 16 people (this includes all four years) there were two people with Tourette's. I also identified at least two attendings during my residency who had Tourette's as well. It is likely you all encounter people with Tourette's syndrome on a regular basis and never know it.
@QuickStrike0065 1. I wasn't trying to criticize or judge them. I just corrected them. I wasn't doing it in a spiteful way. Sorry if you got offended. Also, correcting someone doesn't equal bullying them. The definition of a bully is "a person who habitually seeks to harm or intimidate those whom they perceive as vulnerable." This means that they seek out the same person and antagonize them over and over again. I just corrected this person once. Correcting someone isn't even bad. It's just helping them grow. 2. onionYAY is like that because in sixth grade my teacher would yell the last syllable of my name when taking attendance, and the first part of my name sounds like onion. If you put "onion" and "yay" together it sounds similar to my name. Also, RU-vid usernames don't really need to be capitalized. If this was my actual name I would see where you were coming from. 3. "*Disappear" wasn't supposed to be a complete sentence. Also, notice how I didn't reply "yOu DiDn'T cApItALiZe ThE fIrSt LeTtEr Or PuT a PeRiOd" on the comment. The comment, like my reply, wasn't meant to be a full sentence. 4. The only person I would call an idiot would be you (but I would not because you're not and it's rude to call someone that) for thinking that pointing out a person's spelling error means that you're chastising them. You didn't put me in my place.
@QuickStrike0065 no, it's a joke. ESC says tic not tick, but you would still say "ticking", so the one wrong is him. That explains the joke, he is wrong so if he still thinks he is correcting anyone he would say ticcing because of that stubbornness on the tic not tick.
I actually live for your videos. I don’t know if it’s rude or not but I actually laugh so hard watching them. The one at school literally brought me to tears. 💓
You continuously knocking over the jenga tower made me laugh so hard! Are you in year 12 at school (idk how new zealand works) if you are then rip, i feel your pain
Yellow Jay Paige I'm pretty sure they're referring to how Aussies use c*nt all the time, and it's one of Ryleigh's tics... imagine an Aussie with Tourette's as severe as Ryleigh's!
