You keep saying words like “stuff” when referring to ppls personal items like clothing or towels…and use words like “this home features” so potential buyers get excited…features sounds like high end or exclusive. Think about it how many people when they’re buying a home want something in their home that’s unique as opposed to like cookie cutter base model with everything so when you say it’s home includes it makes the buyer feel like wow I’m getting more and more or I am. And their home is unique and special or exclusive.
The one thing I don't see out of all other youtubers that are realtors. They never show the surrounding neighborhoods. Can you Before you start showing the actual house for sale, can you show video of the surrounding neighborhood conditions? This will give us a better idea where we're going to live by. It is not cool to show a very nice neighborhood close to some poor condition. Neighborhoods, this actually will affect the value of the house.
