Touring a $6,499,000 Mansion in Rancho Santa Fe, California 

The wine room is total not a wine room ... i would build a extra garage and gast/staff house plus the tennis court i would remove and instate of that a really amazing swimming pool with all the options. Solar energie. And a great landscaper. Than i mis in the master a little wet bar for coffee and cold drinks...and maybe a combi magnetron. And i mis the movie theater, what we can build down the new garage. I'm looking for a home and more in Rancho Santa Fe ... La Jolla ... Fort Worth or Southlake (Dallas area or San Diego area) this is when the money is coming available. What is still in proces. So i'm waiting for that
