That’s a BEAUTIFUL home. But was wondering if you could build on it?? For me, I want a BIGGER gym and home theater, and I wouldn’t need a putting green. Overall, I LOVE EVERYTHING about this home.
The high profile client was Chris Paul; I think he only owned it for a few years and he sold it recently… Surprised to see it back on the market already.
Why would the city have a problem with a drought tolerant, heat resistant tree being planted in Arizona? Wouldn't live anywhere that required special permission to plant trees or do any kind landscaping for that matter. That's just stupid. Especially, when it's plants/trees that are suited for that environment.
I like modern (I liked modern before it was cool, again), and I am okay with contemporary design. But I am finding all of the white box homes to be a bit uninspired.
If I was to buy the house I would only pay 1,850,000USD and I would want to build another three bedrooms in the same style and with the same features as the current ones.
Hard to find a view that also is 100% private. It's doable. But Some people want privacy and a view never even crosses their minds. You'd be shocked how simple and basic some rich people are.
