Hey Amy. Like the front elevation especially the brick/stone work. Love recessed lighting. Home is deceiving. Looks small but it’s deep. Appreciate the 1/2 bath. Cozy drop zone/spacious laundry 🧺 room with cabinets and counter. I would want the sink. Agreed. Good size guest bedrooms and bathroom. Nice kitchen. Like the pendant lights. Love large pull out kitchen drawers instead of cabinets. Good sized dining/breakfast nook. Nice floors and paint choice against the base boards. Good size primary. Always appreciate a linen closet in en suites. Nice floor plan Amy. Thanks for sharing.

Hello Amy, Love the house, probably not available because it's so perfect.. I do have one question about the house and the community. With this house and other homes, if i bought it would I be allowed to have a pool and Lani put in? I really like the area and location and I'm just curious if it would be allowed. I'd love a pool, Lani, and outdoor kitchen area. Have a great day, afternoon and evening. thank you.

Yes, you can definitely do all of those things... IF the lot you choose will hold it. WIth a one story plan the footprint is bigger so on some lots a pool can be challenging. But MOST lots will hold a pool no matter the floor plan
