Phenomenal Tour, very impressive home. Its hard to imagine how a house like this can exist in someone's dream. The scale and amount of space is insane. All the Amenties is great, it is made for any gathering for many parties. I love all the bedrooms...esp, that Master bedroom, with the biggest bed & also the biggest closet and bathroom i have ever seen. If i was the one touring this Mansion i know exactly i would feel in that moment!! Outdoor space is also very nice...This just hard to imagine. Also i love that rooftop deck, i thought the excitement it is just keeps going...yes, that view is A+ Giving us a glimpse of the lights at night definitely a great way to end the greatest Tour of this home. Very nice video. The house actually gives the one a run for the money because it's a proper house, not just massive square footage in the basement. It is quite imposing with large parking area at the front, nothing cramped. But if it's really 500k a month, what a burden.

The tour was great and I love the house but, with homes this massive, having multiple pools, 12 to 15 bathrooms, water features, heating, lighting and air conditioning over 56,000-plus square feet of space, I never want to hear California complain of water shortages and power blackouts again. The yard and pool maintenance alone, would cost millions a year.

It doesn't cost $500k/month to maintain. That was the amount WISH was paying when they were renting the house. $250k/month rent, house manager, security, and all expenses that come with using the house for social media. A regular owner who purchases the house will not be paying anywhere near that amount.

It's not very often that I agree with how expensive these luxury homes are, but you know what? 65mil, for a piece of land this large is not all that bad. For everything you get along with the house itself, 65 is surprisingly reasonable.

This maybe the best MEGA MANSION I ever seen. If I ever had the money for this MEGA MANSION I will not hesitate one bit to buy it. This home is the pinnacle of luxury and extragance!!!!!

This house is massive. They had to lower the price from $100mill; the other $35 mill, would need to go towards a scooter track or something to get me around the house on each floor. My master would need a hover board just so I could get to the toilet in the middle of the night…lol

I’ve seen every video on this property including the low energy one Enis did & I can honestly say this is the most in-depth tour of this property. He’s being himself, he’s got a good personality, & seems prepared so it’s not going to take him long to gather a huge a following.

I’ve been watching mansion tours for the last 3 years, hoping to get some inspiration for a home I’m only just about to start building It never ceases to amaze me, all these people who are spending in the 10’s of millions and they can’t make a nice looking place I was encouraged when I saw the exterior, it looks similar in style to a lot of the B8 home Designs, but without all the luxurious finishes other than the marble cladding Anyway, I like the exterior from the entry but would have chosen different materials Then the disappointment begins, well not total disappointment but in all honesty, other than the bowling alley and the ‘entertainment’ floor, the rest of the home was finished without much taste or style It’s almost like a completely different designer was in charge of the entertainment level OR the owner decided to put most of their budget into that I hate the cheap basketball stand, the lack of anything to prevent the ball from going over the edges. I know that’s a weird thing to be mad about but as a basketball player it annoyed me I don’t understand why more of these people with so much space to use, don’t build an indoor court, the only decent one I’ve seen was in that w⚓️ Drakes house Anyway, at least I liked one level but now I regret not putting a bowling alley in my home. If anyone knows the name of the marble used in the entertainer level bathroom I would appreciate it as it’s very close to what I’m after

The last 9 months ago, this house on sale with $100,000,000 in JP-Mansion Tours youtube channel and now the house price seems to be much lower.

It's beautiful, shocking, obnoxious, unique and incredible all in one. I love looking at places like this but I'd sure hate to pay the bills in one of these places. If I had the money to live here for just one month... nobody in my state would go to bed cold and hungry.

I mean the house price alone is super high. But when you said $500K a month to maintain the home i was like $6M a year in maintenance not counting taxes etc,😮😮. If i could ever afford that home i would say no because of maintenance costs but hell with it i will stick to below my means with my $650 a month two bedroom 😅😅😅

Except for the fact that I don't like the indoor design because it is not cosy at all I permanantly ask myself "Why would you build and buy a house like this ?" I am not a millionaire and I don't understand it. If you were the owner would you always have so many people over so all the rooms would actually have a reason to exist ? Would you have a party every weekend or at least every second weekend ? (Shaq said in an interview that he lives in one part of his house and never goes over to the other rooms and use them.) Or is it just a way to show off ? Or is it an investment that you can spend your money on because you would not know what else to do with it ?
