For my Ebay inventory yes I keep a Google Sheet spreadsheet with all items in my inventory and the buy cost .... then as they sell transfer them to a sold spreadsheet where I put in sell cost, fees and shipping to calculate my profits....The number is what is on the spreadsheets for inventory then both that number and bin or shelf number are including in the custom sku field on Ebay to easily locate inventory

I just started selling about a month ago. I’ve sold a couple grand of my own items, and I want to make this into a business. Should I set up a LLC now? It’s almost the end of the year, and I want to make sure all of my expenses are deducted, and I’m ready to hit the ground running in the new year. What is your advice?
No, you don’t need an LLC for reselling. You can do everything the same way with a sole proprietorship under your name. All the same write offs. I wouldn’t even have an LLC if it weren’t for my other business ventures.
Hey Adam a quick question, do you guys get good leads in bread and butter every day or only on some occasions like July 4th, thanksgiving, Christmas ets. ?
We have new leads every day. Obviously some days are better than others depending on what sales are going on. This last month has been crazy as nearly everyone is running sales before Q4.
