This place is just AMAZING!!! The space, views, design, the scope of it all is just incredible! Amazing job, but it’s the night shots that do it for me just sublime! 11/10
Super cool Tour of this property. Your poise and presence is definitely unmatched..i love the intire home. It has a lovely vibe in every part of the walkthrough, i love the brightness, The privacy, The bedrooms ( i cant imagine the scale) The master bedroom which feels futuristic, i mean even the scale of bathrooms & showers are just something you can' teven imagine in your own home. Very nice backyard with a circular pool and i really like that bonsai tree it is a statement piece we dont see very often on a home with this size. Great work on Another beautiful homes shown, also nothing beats a good ending on a high note showing a night time shot!! Well done! Love it! ❤❤️❤️💯
You're right! This is an incredible home! Very spacious yet totally liveable. So many unique features. And lots of lounge areas! I am not at all a fan of modern architecture, but this home definitely has what I like in a mansion. I really like the circular pool and extra pools! My only question is how to block the light from the windows in the home theater: do you need curtains, or do the windows change?
I like this one, great job. I have always said the Hollywood Hills properties are where you go to be seen but Belair is where you go for privacy...in general.
Very nice. A little dark exterior but the interior is a very classy monochrome what I'd call a timeless alpine palette. A style that's hard to dislike. If I were to consider buying such a house I might change the exterior, add some white and contrast it with some stony darker textures, similar to the interior. Should be quite possible to modify.
Looks good, property interiors are nice and neutral not to over the top, would have been good to see the other side garage as well & were the entrance is to it!
Down to 39 Million from 45 when it first listed 5 months ago. Everyone who could this property has. Still a beauty hopefully it finds millionaire to call it home soon.
I've been meaning to ask, have you ever broken anything while touring these spec homes? I know the glass doors and stone drawers are not that fragile, but the way you slam them open and close always gets me thinking if there have been any accidentally broken items in the past.🤔 I started watching you all the way back 3 years ago, and you haven't changed a bit, for all these homes you toured, I always imagine there had to be incidents where the construction was subpar and you broke something just because you opened something way too forceful? This question bothers me almost every week.
@@DarrenKriz So, I guess the hinge of the door or the slider of the drawer is not that fragile even if it was stone-clad and/or heavy. I always thought they were too heavy to be reliable. Thx for the reply, you persisted for years, and I hope your channel grows more and more.
@@yasnanavarretepalma4734 duh what? They supposed to say them in the beginning of the video. Its a video. Im supposed read the title, click more, read all the bs promos and best videos then finally scroll a half mile down and randomly see 3 little lines with it? Thats the main facts. Like making pb and j with no bread. Come on girl be smarter.
I have to agree with some of the other comments that I have read. You've been doing this for some time. I would think that you would have gotten better. You should know your different stones and materials by now. And the details of what you are describing could be better. Example, you mentioned 2 garages. Stated that the first one was a 2 car garage and then described the next one as much larger. How many cars is much larger? I will continue to watch, but you should really put more time in off camera to improve. Other presenters, I won't mention, are racking up millions of subscribers in the same time period you have been at this. Just saying
Ridiculously too large, regardless of your wealth, and yet, you can find a lot of dumbness in each room exemplified by the black rock under you feet in the outdoor shower. Ouch! Why? I think the architect normally designs libraries and junior colleges….
Hey Darren , really nice video ! I was wondering if I could help you with more Quality Editing in your videos , make a highly engaging Thumbnail and also help you with the overall youtube strategy and growth to grow your channel ! Pls let me know what do you think ?
