I'm a current customer of Black Oak homes. They are building a barndominium for me across from Republic Grand Ranch. I must say, everyone I've worked with including Mac has been so cheerful as you see in this video. A bad experience can easily kill the mood and experience of building your dream home, but Black Oak has definitely enhanced the process. When I look at other barndominium projects on RU-vid, I am so happy that I found Black Oak. The luxury feel comes through to tickle my emotions. Since the luxury items are standard, they have the economies of scale in that arena, meaning in basic homes, a luxury upgrade is overpriced due to the "special change" order. The area is great and starting to boom. The neighbors are so relaxed, unlike city dwellers, while being 15 minutes to the city of Conroe, and 25 minutes to the Woodlands. I highly recommend them.
