In NY City it's 50+ cents a Kilowatt as of today, but the electricity is 25 cents a kilowatt with a 26 cent per kilowatt delivery charge and is expected to increase this year. I hate Con Edison!!!!!!!!!!!
How come the video is 8 months old (young?) but the last three comments are from the last two weeks? Anyway, I wanted to ask that at 5:27 are you talking about kW or kWh? At 5:38 he says his electronics spends about 20 kWh, is that per day? My 50 m2 apartment's monthly usage was 202 kWh, even when I have two computers running 24/7 (but I don't have AC and I use district heating). Conversions like kWh / 24 hours etc get very confusing, please just use W or kW :) So to lead by example, my unit uses on average 280 W of electricity. The electricity bill was for 605 kWh in three months, from April to June. But more importantly, I hope you are doing well.
