I specialize in home sales more than rentals, although I do work with alot of investor buyers. When I think a property would be good for a rental I might include that in future videos.

I believe because of the current foreign buyer ban, you wouldn't be able to buy a house unless you got permanent resident status. Also, this home is in Edmonton Alberta. I'm not very familiar with the Quebec market.
