Just a thought. You might want to start your tours with the more basic rooms, and then build up to reveal the big gorgeous selling points at the end. If you give away the best views/best rooms at the beginning, then the rest of the videos can seem a bit of a let down. For example, in this video, maybe start with the main living room, kitchen area. That thing in the kitchen to bring food to the rooftop terrace is called a dumbwaiter. Then move to the guest bedrooms/baths. Then the master bedroom/bath. Next, maybe the game room/party level. And last reveal the rooftop lounge, pool, and views. If there was a boat in the private dock below the game room, maybe then I'd switch and show the roof areas 2nd to last, and the game level last. It's like a striptease. Wait to show the best parts for the end. 😉
