Thanks for stopping by, Katli. Fair question - on average, there’s always about 5-7% of properties on the market. I’m guessing Dunblane has 150-ish homes? That translates into 5-10 properties on the market at any given time. I just happen to have shot a number of them as I really like that estate 😎

I have also been wondering why.

@@margaret9973 It’s an often-asked question. Take that 5-7% and apply it to any estate/complex and you’ll see 😎

I also love Dunblane,but i wonder why it doesn't have some attractions like most estates e.g restaurants (even just a small cafe),parks for kids,spa or gym.

@@sibrenmazibuko6444 Fair question, Sibren! More recent estates have jumped on the trendy bandwagons of including many of those facilities, whereas older estates don’t necessarily have the necessary infrastructure in place to accommodate for those extras.
