I love the floor,it's rare to see mansions like that in South Africa I prefer the wood over tile everyday,It made the house looks smooth..and the green artificial grass really amazed... hopefully you make more of this houses with these wood floors ☺️ Not 100% sure,if it's wood?
It lacks the wow factor for that price, totally overpriced even if it's in Steyn City it's not worth the money. X & Marussia have done an R18m house in Steyn City & it's 100x better than this one.
Thanks for stopping by, Mpho. I personally thought it was a gorgeous home - but yes, price-wise, who knows what the market will pay…time will tell! Meanwhile, I’ll make sure to do more of these property tours 🥰
100%, Carl - it would show the lifestyle much better! Guess it’s often a combination of the sellers, the listing agent, and my time that stops those from happening🤔 I used to do so many dusk IG LIVE videos though, so it is possible!
You’re one hardc0re follower - not too many people even noticed that! Apologies in advance. Having done a number of properties in portrait mode, looking back now, I think I didn’t do them justice enough, hence I’m re-shooting a number of them in landscape instead (plus my improved skill set since).
@@LuxuryHomesJohannesburg cool, this is probably the one chanell on this App where i pay attention 😊, and there's videos of yours i have repeated quite a few times. I noticed the video for the R25million Waterfall Equestrian property has since dissappeared, the one where you made a comment that it was a bit dated. I'm still waiting for you to arrange with that third agent for a shoot of that Victorian house on Ridge Lane, Steyn City.
Thanks for stopping by, Bongi. 100% - it’s the location of Steyn City AND the specific location of the property within this exclusive estate. Plus the type of home design. Just that size land fetches R7-10mil there. And building this 1,000 square home will not only set you back another R15mil, but 1-2 years of actually building it. That’s just R23-25mil based on quick “back of envelope” calculation… Still convinced R26mil is the wrong number?🤔
The only thing I'd change about this home is the wooden flooring. I absolutely dislike wooden floors. But despite the wooden floors, this house is perfect!
Those can never be big enough Speaking of which, have you seen the size of the walk-in here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-z4tZHKGA8xY.html
In vast majority of the time, furniture is not sold with the property. Oftentimes, buyers and sellers make deals on the side for the furniture. Pls double check with the listing agent Marussia @ +27 (83) 384-0618
I like your thinking, Lawrence. Let me first build up this page and then I can expand. Perhaps I ought to tour a couple of homes there and feature it here?🤔
@@LuxuryHomesJohannesburg Yes, that would also work! I wanted to suggest you posting on this page since it already has an audience but thought the name might be confusing to new viewers.
@@LuxuryHomesJohannesburg Yes, or Durban people who are looking to see what's on the property market in the city. Durban has really great houses, abit outdated, but still great nonetheless and need to be shown more.
I hear you, Paris - let’s talk Steyn City prices: (1) to buy 2,000 sqm LAND, you’re looking at R7-10mil. (2) BUILD nearly 1,000 sqm under roof @ R16,000/sqm, you’re looking at R16mil…. So, that’s 👆R23-26mil 👆right there after 1-2 years of building. Still believe the asking price of R26mil on this fairway property is overpriced? 🤔
😂😂😂I wish i was born in England so that i can sell my London property to buy this, i mean this is £1 340 000, this price of a standard house in London not even a house but a flat.
