Tree house would be sick BUT a real gun range would be awesome with ur touch Mr. Brown. On my camping trip where the weather is a whopping 104 degrees. Not feels like legit temperature. Feels like 113. Freaking miserable but the kids and everyone are having a blast. Hope ur lobster trip goes smoothly and u get a bunch. I’d love to see more of ur sons videos. Why don’t they start a RU-vid channel for themselves?

Tile backsplash in the kitchen's a little rough who decided to stand those plank tiles vertical ... Full tile and then a cut looks horrible he should have centered the full tile and put a small cut on the bottom and small cut on the top

everytime you fail at something that your trying to do you need to ask your fans on the keyboard to assist you with their expertise like getting a couch up your in passable staircase im sure you got at least one or two guys that move furniture for a living like i used to do when i was a younger man so here is my opinion on getting a big couch up your staircase you must stand the couch as vertical as you possibly can without killin yourselves thank you very much

That home is wonderful, Brad. You did such a great job on the design of this home, even if it was often changing, haha. The fact that it evolved while being built goes to show how great you are at your job and how much your subs are willing to work hard for you. It truly is a beautiful home. I love the amount of natural light there is on the main (and lower) level. I'm looking forward to the future builds. I love the treehouse idea and the ideas for the pond/lake. I kind of chuckled when Andrew said "a slip to pull the boat into"... "A" slip? "The" boat? How about "several" slips, haha. I'm pretty sure he has more than one boat! VERY nice build Brad. I'm sure that all of the changes almost made you want to pull your hair out, but they were sweet changes and made the place what it is. I couldn't afford the utilities there, much less the house. If he needs a generator, it will take a Nuclear Power Plant to run it. 3-4 houses in 1. I've watched Flair since he was a teenager. Late teens he put out a video (drinking) saying he was going to quit RU-vid. I'm sure he's glad he dind't. Looking forward to seeing your place too.

Great house! For ideas on things to build how about a watchtower/ custom deer stand? I would say since he had to sell his missle silo for his warehouse is to put in a separate underground bunker but his sports room is alnost essentially a bomb shelter.

You guys will be great neighbors. Are you going to take turns having monthly cookouts at one another's homes once they are both finished ? 🎺💥🎺 That way nobody can complain about the noise, because everyone will be at the party ! 😉🎺

Definitely a grown up tree house can also serve as an Air BNB for lucky subscribers. One of those swiss family Robinson bungalow tree houses with 3 separate spaces and rope bridges connecting the space. Serves as a hunting tower and Guest house/ vacation home.

He should put signs for all his diffrent brands in the diffrent sections of the man cave to loosely correspond with the mounts so that back room can be dux, the wall with the deer mounts can be bucks, the wall behind the island can be beef cake jerky and the bathroom can be beef cake construction

build an underground bunker that can fit both families in case of a tornado or zombie invasion or ww3 breaks out that would be a cool community build 🤔

You mentioned Demotion Ranch and Matt is so cool I've been chatting back and forth with him because he liked the ideas I had about getting solar power in a far corner of his property. You might think thats boring unless you know he has (15 million subscribers) between his two channels. He has needs a riverside luxury condominium complex. roads and about 20 other buildings. I know all of what he need is not a luxury home but if you were to RU-vid with him I'm pretty sure you would have 3 million subscribers in a year when its done. For 3 million subscribers I imagine you could hire a second TX crew and afford what ever you want. Plus I'm in Texas is my home and it would be cool, so consider it?

The only weird thing to me is having an outdoor kitchen when you have a 4 seasons room.

Man the big pool deck nano door that opens up seems like a waste. There's a door right next to it and how often do people leave the house wide open in the summer for bugs and heat to creep in.
