This house is absolutely stunning! Simon Beard's hard work and dedication truly shine through in his success. We're incredibly impressed and grateful for the opportunity to tour his home. I hope the advice in this video helps you on your journeys. Who should I interview next? 🙌
Lmao for a dude that's got guidelines on his comments section I can really see how wholesome this is, wouldn't allow anyone to hurt my feelings as I'm swimming at this multi million dollar house
The synchronicity with getting the EXACT boat from the film clip is just vision board creation of the highest order! EPIC!! Amzing to hear the stories and to see his truly amazing home... Interviewing Big Kev..The disdain for surf wear 😂.. The pre-go pro vision... what a path!
I'll be straight up, I actually don't like the culture kings products at all. Each to there own. But seeing the owner being so chill, respectful and inspirational. I respect his grind and buisness. Well done 👏
There are many ways to get the things you want in life. For us, we went homeless on purpose for 3 years. We sold our possessions and relinquished our rental for a camper trailer and car. Now we travel Australia full-time with our 105 series LC and caravan, housesit property in places like this where our overheads are virtually zero. If you don't have a lot of money you need to think outside the square in order to live a happy life.
Solid. I always find it interesting to see HOW people like this set up their finances. He only mentioned "the trust" once, but I'm sure it plays a huge role in the overall security of him to the business. How much of all that stuff does he OWN, how much is on credit or mortgaged. That's where the juice is man.
Exactly man it’s a hole other level you’re right. They do all kinds of things like that including not using their own money to buy things even though they could, loop holes loop holes everywhere, less tax more compound interest than interest paid etc list goes on! Love to know too haha not that I have money to do it with !
Great to hear of a Gold Coast businessman doing well. As founder of RFS Advice on the coast it is a tuff town but when you make it there is a lot of loyal customers that will support and help you on your journey. Great sharing
House came up amazing glad I was a part of building it. Great people to work for an they deserve the best! Injoy it beard family! Kurt Clamroc construction
Legend! I remember when I first moved to Australia and went to the original location in the Gold Coast and I was shocked that there was a store like that in Australia. It’s wild to see how it grew and to see the man behind it.
"Vision board Thing" You see successful people always invision success and plan for it, it's a mind set, something you don't get taught in schools or university. There is real power in writing goals down and planning for future success. as well as a little determination.
Great insights from two proven, successful gentlemen. Also really shows the character of a person when they have to give away a Lambo before they buy themself one... or three.
I wish everyone this much passion for life, such great people to be surrounded by, this much success and genuine joy for us and those around us. ❤️ Thanks for the inspiration Davie!
That was a genuine great vid. You always see American entrepreneurs vids etc great to see Aussies interviewing Aussies entrepreneurs killing it. Loved it
I'm personally not a fan of culture kings I'm first to admit that, but I respect the hussle commitment and working hard. Also such a down to earth guy ❤
After he signed the deal for culture Kings, he still paused, and wondered if he deserved it. It's that attitude that is the breading ground for success.
Simon is such an unassuming dude. At first he comes off as an average dude but then more he talks about his business experience, the more you can see he is actually very intelligent
I work with a lot of people like Simon, they all have a very similar mentality to work and life. A lot of people like Simon that maintain their success know how to moderate their ego.
@@JahqqqI started in the IT space working on process automation in a large corporate before shifting into tech strategy consulting with a consulting firm. With the rise of AI in the last 12 months we’ve been heavily focussing on helping businesses incorporate AI into their value chain. Depending on where you’re at in your career, Microsoft offer a range of courses online to become certified in the use of their AI technologies - I would start there to get a hang of what’s possible (the training is free) - from there you can use their tools to develop GPT apps (little coding experience required) and even sell them. If you want to go deeper, you can always learn about the coding/development side of things too through learning the coding languages online.
Just went onto this guy's Culture Kings site - I saw zero white models advertising his "street clothes". Everyone appears to be Hispanic, African, Polynesian descent, zero people of European descent. I believe this guy 100 percent knows his market and what he's doing, but its not for me.
Way back that Simon is the type that dobbed in a rival store at Carrara Markets for selling Nike products without a licence when Culture Kings started there. He said to them "you cant sell that" then the next week they got a cease & desist from Nike after they'd been selling for ages. Yeah I get it, just dont sell Nike without a licence, but ffs he should just mind his own business, we know it was him.
