I too didn't realize the lack of natural lighting when I purchased my 1st townhouse. It was a middle unit. After living there all those years I now know how important natural lighting is to me. Thanks for sharing. Wishing you and James the best❤.

I love viewing homes. I’ve been in my house for years but I go to open houses in new communities just to admire them. These were all very nice, that bonus storage would have got me. Always need extra space.

Watch out for additional fees. They don't tell you till you get ready to sign on the dotted line. The fees can range from 100-200 based on the amenities of the complex

Hello Shelia good to see you what ever you pick it's going to be beautiful when you put your finishing touch to it. I love cooking with gas it's more cleaner to me your pots will be more cleaner. This brings me back to the new build duplex 3 bed 2 bath water heater wasn't cover it was on some kind of pedestal we were so excited because it was new then we realize we would be in an area where stray dog running around and they're doing the gentrification scene in a bad area of Houston Tex.
