Touring the Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park is how we spent our wedding anniversary -- taking a break from camping but still enjoying the outdoors in West Michigan. With 158 acres, the Gardens and Park offer numerous trails to its various gardens, including the Japanese Garden, Michigan Farmhouse Garden, and Children's Garden. Plus, don't miss the indoor exhibits that include "Victorian" and "Carnivorous." The sculpture park offers The American Horse, a massive piece of art, as well as numerous large and small abstract pieces.
