This house sets the standards for luxury living in Nigeria. Lagos developers should learn from this developer, it's actually the first time I'd be mind blown by a house tour in Nigeria. Perfecto... Please tour more houses by this developer before you leave Abuja
Only house in Nigeria that I see straight lines, but as usual I noticed the parking area the roofing there slopes towards the next building and what would happen is when it rain water splashes into the next house.
Black American here, these townhouses are gorgeous! Reminds me of a condo community in Scottsdale. would love to see the back yard and more green space surrounding the community
@@pavelow235 saying “I’m Black” is a quick reference to my ancestor’s 400+ year history in the US after being kidnapped from somewhere in West Africa. It’s a nod the rich and thriving culture Foundational Black Americans have cultivated here despite the weight of crushing oppression, literal slavery and long history of social/economic disenfranchisement. My country has a lot of diversity and a LOT of immigrants (we are one of the few groups that are not immigrants) in addition to indigenous peoples so it’s a cultural norm here to give a nod to your origins as a prefix to your nationality (for example Black American, Mexican American or Latino American, Chinese American, Native American (indigenous))
@@StevenNdukwu Check out BUA estate. The land mass is huge ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-aeYhDaZZkpU.html There are other estate in Abuja you should feature in your content ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-78EbGEujBKM.html
My butt is South African but Im considering moving to Nigeria because WOW , this is better then any tin house that they are selling us here and mind you we are in so much debt , you need a bank to purchase a home , you cant do it with out one the system was designed to enslave us , you don’t own anything without a bank 🥺
As an Interior Architect, this passive home is exquisite! Thank you Abuja for flying the African flag (if we had one) This is luxury and sustainability executed tastefully. Usually one compromises the other but doesn’t seem so here. With an abundance of sun energy, I’m guessing this is a 99% passive home. ( 1% in case I am wrong 😅) Good layout and flow, separating public spaces for guests on ground floor, from private family space. That master suite closet, Wow!👌🏾 Well done! My only question is, are those Japanese Toto loos? If so, then I am sold! What more could one ask? Ps: a garden space is very much achievable on the right. And privacy from onlooking neighbours, can be addressed with a clever landscape design I’m clearly loving it, to provide this much of a comment 😂😂🤣
Hey there 🙋🏾♀️. I'm from the Bahamas. I stumbled on this video and I'm in awe!!! The house is remarkable! Wow! Thank you for this video. I just had to subscribe. I'm a sucker for a good bathroom and kitchen so I'm sold! Edit: the primary bedroom 😩😩😩😩😩 I want! I'm in love!
id love if these houses were more environmentally friendly, maybe with the solar panels addition on the top of the houses, more green space, but apart from that its good to see Nigeria developing, these houses look great are spacious and very luxurious!
Ever since I saw Cosgrove on Instagram I've always dreamed of living there 😍😘😍. Those bathrooms and bedrooms uggghh! 😩❤️. I'll live like this someday 🙏
The interior of the home is stunning! Absolutely gorgeous! The exterior is nice, modern and contemporary! The cons of this development, IMO, is the sameness and uniformity of the home’s exterior style. Even the color of the houses are all the same. The apartments built nearby are an eyesore. A stack and pack design. I personally don’t like smart homes because there is too much technology that can be hacked, that can malfunction, and record too much personal use data that can be obtained by the government or corporations for who knows what purpose! But, overall, I do give props for this ambitious and stunning housing development! A great value for the price!
Nice beautiful houses 👍 Reminds me of the Mogadishu, Somalia 🇸🇴 Dahab Marina project under construction except that one has beach views and is a larger project. I love this Nigeria houses keep it up Nigeria ✌️💖
Watching frm South africa - i love this apartment- theres this style i used to see in nigerian movies a very big house when u enter the kitchen the countertops are so high n only one side, this is one is very good 👌🏾👌🏾🔥🔥🔥. N sometimes theres no need to have a lot of doors for every room - it can be arches but have doors in bedrooms n bathrooms for privacy - otherwise im impressed with the technology n the design 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
Reason why its like that in Nigeria is because its a hot & sunny country unlike SA. You need doors to separate the spaces because of the cooling system (ACs).... except you want to keep multiple ACs on at the same time & run your electricity bill
After watching this from diaspora , I feel like leaving abroad to come back home lol . It would have been really awesome if the actually have installments payment. Not every one can afford 70million at a time like me lol
Nice property, I want one of those! Beautifully designed interior and soft furnishings. I saw at least 5-6 WC's with only 1 out of 6 with the toilet lid up!!! Does Cosgrove offer a furniture package for their developments?
This guy is doing well and I have been following him. Please how much is this house, I mean the 5 bedroom detached?? I based in Abuja and would love to own a place like what I see.
This beyond luxurious, sophisticated.. Trust me I'll own one someday or soon... But I will never need take picture elsewhere except this house if ii own one lol 😂 😁
