Thank you for posting your trip to Sihanoukville. The city is still pretty even though there are a few unfinished skyscrappers when chinese investors left the city. Any plan to finish up those unfinished tall buildings?.
According to Phnom Penh Post and Khmer Time There are about 400 unfinished buildings and the government dealt with them case by case, but it takes time to solve the problem because no money or new investors move in...thanks

Cambodia can sell this city to China, all building covered with Chinese scripts lol. What ashamed. If I were Cambodia gov, I still let foreigner investors to come invest here but I never let my Khmer culture be washed out from the city like this city.
