The beaches shown in the video are: Lighthouse Beach, Gulfside City Beach, Tarpon Bay Beach, Bowman's Beach, and Blind Pass Beach. Six dollars to get on Sanibel and then 5 dollars an hour? Well worth it. Been there several times. Great video!

I'm bike touring all over Florida and at some point I would like to go to Sanibel Island also. Looks like a beautiful place to include into my bikepacking touring. Nice overview of Sanibel Island beaches. Looks like you've been doing more videos about the Sanibel Island, more to explore, thanks 👍😊

Used to go there a lot as a kid. My family and I just visited there again about a month ago. Working from home now, and hoping to be able to move from Michigan to the Fort Myers area soon. Might be a little younger for the area (I'm 31), but I like the pace and the vibe there. Really enjoy your videos and look forward to more reviews! God Bless

Thank you for showing each beach. First time to Sanibel next month and was beginning to worry that the beaches weren't going to compare to others we've visited. I Belong to several fb groups and most of the conversations are all about shelling most never mentioning the beaches being nice just for lounging and enjoying the sun & sand❤....now looking forward to our trip a little more!!

Yes. There a nice bike lane. No toll for bikes.

@@JDawgVideos Sanibel is designed for the super- rich and they make every effort to keep as many people off the island as possible , but also have paid public parking so they are not sued in Federal court.

Thank you for sharing. Did you have to pay to park your bicycle? We were there 2 spring breaks ago and found it difficult to get a spot in Bowmans beach. We did get a spot eventually. The fees are expensive. I can't recall seeing spaces for bicycles. Would you recommend just cycling to the various beaches rather than taking a car into the island, as you do?

I rode my bike to all the beaches. There's no fee for bike parking and each beach has plenty of bike racks. Over this past winter, I visited Sanibel about 8 times and always rode my bike.

Blind Pass is a long bike ride. I have an ebike which makes it easier.

I’m enjoying your videos as I prepare for my trip! What’s it like biking on the Cape Coral Bridge and the Causeway to get to Sanibel? Is it safe? I watched a few videos of the causeway and the barrier looks pretty low. I’m worried a wind gust would take me right over the edge! 😬
