Sinon, j'aime beaucoup les placards, surtout ceux du bas.

it can never be like pipeline.These apartment are expensive and decent.They are regulated and not everyone can afford to pay 8.3 M and monthly service charge of 7.5k .The service charge help in maintenance of the apartment.There is bore hole and backup generator making it impossible to for it it resemble pipeline slums.
Honestly, tuache kudanganyana. Pipeline and Kilimani in the same sentence? Please tell us something else but not that. This is not to mean that Pipeline is a slum but it cannot be compared to Kilimani.
