Hello. Sorry I hadn’t seen your comment before now. In this video we went in May. Each lock has a lock keeper. So two people doing it is not a problem. You don’t have the engine on when you do them so you can both get off and pull the boat. And the lock keepers will catch the ropes and throw them back to you if you stay on the boats. And if you’re anxious then they will help you. They’re very passionate people and really lovely.
