The Lincoln's moved into this home in 1844 and lived here until leaving for Washington DC to assume the presidency. He never again returned to Springfield until his burial. Today, we will talk about Abraham Lincoln's life here, tour the home, walk around the neighborhood, and visit a neighboring home as well as the visitor center. Join me today as we step back in time and visit the home of our 16th President, Abraham Lincoln.
