I love flat roofs but I can't fail to appreciate this design....always has this 'homey' look. I love the ground floor plan.....really beautiful home and a fair price. Thank you for the video sir.
Please let you camera man get the whole view of the house without you in it. So that we can have greater view of the whole house, especially the toilets. Thank you.
I cannot wait for this fake market to burst. That land is not even a proper 1/8th 🙄 😒 . The same land is not more than 2.5m that house cannot cost more than 6m...soo for the developer to aspire to make 100% profit is not sustainable! Trash
Value of a property is derived from many factors. Concentrating on land and the building only can be a very misguided approach. Kindly do a proper research on how to value a property. Especially in gated estates with many more amenities like swimming pools, club houses etc Also, a chill pill works wonders on ‘Trash’

Design is okay. kitchen cabinets are well done and so are the closets. Looks like Eaton Interiors? however there is no backsplash installed in the kitchen. Also missing is the ever elusive weather-stripping on exterior doors... why developers leave out this important feature is beyond me. Someone painted over electrical receptacles... never seen that before.
So the only greenery that can be seen around the whole area is only grass? This is a joke if you think of how many trees were cut to build these homes! Kiambu very soon will be a desert!
The missing kitchen without top cabinets, the small bathrooms, very small pantree, no DSQ no kitchen garden even though you are offering. Makes the house seem over priced but exterior design is attractive.
