I have been skeptical about junja mastore but i have started loving it from your drone picture, never been there but i only heard its a no go zone security wise, all the same hii nyumba ni mzuri sana am interested ❤😊
A lot of waste in both space and materials because of outdated design approaches. Every other budget house in kenya looks like this. No innovation whatsoever.
Yes i can smell the rosemary from there 😂😂Waoh i love the compound and the house itself is beautiful 😍 ati food was not a basic need 😂😂😂ndathii kuga kwanyu 😅😅
That is the only thing I don't like. I feel like a sink in the dinning room is so unsanitary! Let the guests wash their hands from the guest cloak room.
Well for what it is its worth it for its price its worth it 😊😊 any additional cosmetics the buyer can add , its well done including the fence small changes can be easily done
I would love to see more african developers embracing more glass and less metal grills. Even in posh homes in kileleshwa they are obsessed with metal grills
Great job. Sadly, these homes are so lackluster, uninspired, its putting random rooms together and putting them on the market for a quick buck. With the tiny space, a nice mansion would have been put up at the same budget. The obsession with white paint, add to the lack of creativity, pipes running above ground, don't even help. An underground tank would save the owner heart ache and money 5/8 years from installation, protection from the heat. Sink in the dining area, another comedic installation. Anyway, a microwave house is well deserved..
Scroll through there are so many other homes in the channel that can match your demands. And our website has a 1000 more. You will have to skip this one….☺️
It’s an industry problem driven by greed from developers, banks and sellers, and on other side of the table is an ignorance buyer who has been led to think that success is buying land and building your own home. ROI and capital gains are foreign terms to many.
I absolutely love this house. The owner guided the developer very well. They are thoughtful about use of space. I love the window grills, the natural light and clean tiles throughout. Please who was the developer?
What I've established after watching is you were paid to show case this property you were very lenient with your words reviewing the house.First for the amount the house is great with a meh 😕 finishing innit i know you agree.
I love this house I've been looking forward to seeing the whole tour after I saw it on tiktok and now im truelly inlove with it...I wish I had the money I'd buy it on a heart beat
Kitchen cabinets are poorly done. Very poorly done. They lack of symmetry and have no toe-kick. Wash basin in the dining room is an eyesore, always will be. This developer never bothered to include a laundry room in the house. The wiring of electrical shower heads is intimidating and shower heads awkwardly hang low. With no building codes and no home inspectors, a incomplete home like this one is on the market and not the blacklist.
@@princesamwelkinyua7992 No they aren't properly installed. Floor cabinets have no toe kick and the lack of symmetry between cabinet bottom and the floor. I don't blame the installer in fact I have yet to see properly installed kitchen cabinets in Kenya. Your kitchen counters should rise not more than 0.91 meters off a finished floor and not be more than 0.61 meters off the adjacent wall. Implement a toe kick of about 4 - 6 inches tall and about an inch deep. Space between the top of your kitchen counters and bottom of your top kitchen cabinets should not exceed 0.46 meters. Your electrical receptacles in the kitchen should be installed no more than 1.06 meters off a finished floor. Implement these measurements into your craftsmanship and witness how symmetrical and ergonomic your kitchen will be when anyone works in it.
beautiful finishings, love the washrooms....and so many rosemary bushes means the food will be flavorful. Nicely decorated landscaping. These videos always give me inspiration for when we build. Though if you go by the news ..... you would think Jesus is coming very soon, should we be focusing on building our "bigger barns" as he said in his Word???
