Hey everyone, it's Dale here with Exp Realty! Join me for an inside look at the Pine floor plan model home by Richmond American. This new construction community is located in the southwest area of Las Vegas near Ford, Apache, and Blue Diamond.
The Pine is a gorgeous two-story floor plan with around 2350 square feet, 4-5 beds, 2.5-3 baths. All the quick move-in inventory homes here at Arbor Brook are spec homes fully upgraded and including all appliances. Base prices start in the high $500s up to low $600s.
Since these are quick move-in homes, you won't get to customize options or elevations. But Richmond American does quality work and their upgraded features are very nice! Some highlights in the Pine model include 9ft ceilings on both floors, an open layout, upgraded kitchen with large island, covered patio access from the dining area, spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets, and a huge primary suite.
